In accordance with the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, Section 19D (1), notice is provided of the adoption of the Shire of Boddington Council Plan 2024 – 2034 (Strategic Community Plan and Corporate Business Plan). In accordance with Section 5.54(1), 5.54(2), 5.27(2) of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Boddington gives notice of the 2022-23 Annual Report details are as follows: The Shire of Boddington Annual Report for 2022-23 is an important statutory document through which the Shire communicates with its ratepayers, residents and community stakeholders. The report outlines progress made towards strategic objectives set out in the Shire’s guiding strategic documents. Legislation sets requirements for the Annual Report, including the need for it to incorporate the financial report and the auditor’s report.

The Shire of Boddington gives notice of the intention to apply new Fees and Charges for gym membership, as confirmed at the September Ordinary Council Meeting 2023. The following Fees and Charges are proposed to apply for the Boddington Community Gym.

The purpose is to provide for the appointment or election of a captain, a first lieutenant, a second lieutenant, and such additional lieutenants as may be necessary as officers of bush fire brigades in the district, and prescribe their respective duties.
