Public Notice: Proposed Permanent Road Closure – Stagbouer Trail in Marradong, and a portion of Unnamed Road Reserve in Lower Hotham.

The Shire of Boddington provides notice in accordance with Section 3.50 of the Local Government Act 1995, of the proposed permanent closure of Stagbouer Trail in Marradong, and a portion of Unnamed Road Reserve in Lower Hotham. The roads are proposed to be closed to allow mining through the area.

A plan showing the affected roads can be accessed from the Shire’s website here, or can be viewed in person at the Shire of Boddington’s Office, or Library during opening hours. The Shire invites submissions on this proposal in writing, by no later than Friday 28 February 2025.
