Independent Living Units
The Shire of Boddington presents two types of aged accommodation situated at Hotham Rise - 19 Forrest St, Boddington.
Comprising seven modern two-bedroom units with one bathroom each, these units are designed to meet increased accessibility needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Individuals must be over the age of 60.
- Capable of independent living, with or without a carer.
Please Note: Currently, all units are occupied. However, you can add your name to the waitlist. Priority will be given to existing residents of the Boddington Shire.

Independent Care Units
These independent housing units are conveniently situated within a 2-minute walk of the main street amenities. The units consist of four 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom dwellings and are located at 36 Hotham Ave, Boddington.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Receivers of pension from Centrelink or Veterans Affairs.
- Must not own any property.
