Notice is hereby given that, under section 6.64 of the Local Government Act 1995 (WA), as rates and service charges have been owing for a period of at least 3 years, the Shire of BODDINGTON is to offer for sale by public auction at 4 Wattle Link, Boddington, at 11:00 AM on 4 December 2024, the land described herein.
