PUBLIC NOTICE

Notification of Proposed Disposition of Property by Lease

In accordance with section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Boddington gives notice of its intention to lease the land know as 31 Bannister Road, Boddington and being all of that land Lot 250 on DP62435 Certificate of Title Volume 2729 Folio 179.

Details of the proposed lease are as follows:

Lessee: Newmont Boddington Gold Pty Ltd

Term: 24 months, with option to extend 12 months

Use: Office

Rent: $37,000 plus GST for the initial 24 month period

Market Valuation: $30,000 plus GST
