Notification of 2022-23 Annual Report

In accordance with Section 5.54(1), 5.54(2), 5.27(2) of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Boddington gives notice of the 2022-23 Annual Report details are as follows:

The Shire of Boddington Annual Report for 2022-23 is an important statutory document through which the Shire communicates with its ratepayers, residents and community stakeholders. The report outlines progress made towards strategic objectives set out in the Shire’s guiding strategic documents. Legislation sets requirements for the Annual Report, including the need for it to incorporate the financial report and the auditor’s report.

The process and timetable for drafting the Annual Report and arranging the Annual Electors

Meeting is largely influenced by the receipt of the auditor’s report.

At the Ordinary Council Meeting 18 January 2024 Council;

1.Adopted the Annual Report for the 2022-23 year.

2. Determined that the Annual Electors Meeting will be held at 5:30pm on Thursday 22 February 2024.
