Notice is hereby given that the following persons have been appointed to the designated positions with the Shire of Boddington for the 2023 - 24 fire season, in accordance with section 38 (1) of the Bush Fires Act 1954.

𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐰 𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬

Notice is hereby given of the Shire of Boddington’s intention to borrow funds. At its Ordinary Council Meeting held on 26 October 2023, Council resolved by absolute majority, to borrow up to $300,000 for the purpose of providing the Boddington Hospital Auxiliary with a self-supporting loan for the purchase of property to house their operations. The loan is to be for a period of 20 years and facilitated by the WA Treasury Corporation.

Pursuant to section 6.20(2) of the Local Government Act 1995, one month’s public notice of this proposal is hereby given.
