Section 18 (5) of the Bush Fires Act 1954 (as amended) enables Local Government to vary the Restricted Burning Period due to seasonal conditions.
In accordance with these provisions, notice is hereby given that the commencement date of the RESTRCIETD BURNING PERIOD for the entire Shire of Boddington has been moved forward: Monday 23 October 2023 through to Tuesday 31 October 2023, RESTRICTED FIRE BANS WILL BE IN PLACE. Permits Required.
