For the second year in a row, the Shire of Boddington has been recognised as one of the top 20 best practice Local Governments in Western Australia for financial reporting and controls, by the Office of the Auditor General. This achievement acknowledges the performance of Shire across a number of criteria including the timely preparation for audit, high quality financial reporting, and maintenance of good financial management controls.
