Local Planning Policy open for comment
The Shire of Boddington advises that the following draft Local Planning Policy has been prepared and is out for public comment.
Local Planning Policy 7 – Outbuildings This Policy has been amended and is now in draft form and available for public comment. The draft is a review of the current Local Planning Policy and includes exemptions and development requirements. The Policy covers outbuildings that are considered acceptable and therefore exempt from requiring planning approvals, and well as criteria for outbuildings requiring development approval. The draft Policy will apply to all proposed outbuildings within the Shire of Boddington.
Submissions on the draft Local Planning Policy close at 4pm on Friday 23 February 2024.
