At the Ordinary Council Meeting on 23 April 2024 Council resolved to endorse for advertising draft Local Planning Policy 21 - Tiny House on Wheels.
Recognising the growing interest in alternative and compact housing solutions, the Policy provides a framework for the establishment and regulation of tiny houses within the Shire of Boddington.
Feedback on the Draft Planning Policy can be submitted via the Shire's website here or in-person at the Shire Administration office. The comment period ends on Tuesday, 28 May, 2024, at 4:00 pm.
